Please take the time to view the letter that was just mailed out in November 2025 to all households from your Board of Directors about the increase in the Annual Assesment and the Road Repair Special Asseesment that was voted on and approved by the members of the association. This letter also includes a notice of the 2025 Annual Meeting and Board of Directors elections for 2026.
